SSARCO of TX, founded in 2022 by Scott A. Sower, AIA, NCARB, is a Dallas-based boutique commercial architecture firm with a diverse portfolio spanning automotive dealerships, recreational facilities, retail projects, municipal projects, nonprofit organizations, and hospitality spaces. This breadth of experience allows us to approach each project with fresh perspective and creative problem-solving.

Custom facilities designed for high-end automotive clients, balancing operational efficiency and aesthetic design. Including work for Sewell Family of Companies and Avondale Group (formerly Park Place Motors).
RECREATIONAL AND FITNESS FACILITIES:
Multi-use spaces tailored to accommodate a variety of activities and future growth. Including multiple recreation YMCA facilities.
RETAIL:
Our approach balances design excellence with practical performance. By understanding each project’s goals and constraints, we deliver architecture that works beautifully and efficiently.
COMMERCIAL/ INDUSTRIAL:
Metal and prefabricated buildings designed for flexibility and durability, meeting industrial and commercial needs. Including ManeGait Therapeutic Horsemanship, Cornerstone Ranch and D&D Commercial Landscape Management, LLC.
SOLID WASTE & SIMILAR:
We bring our extensive experience with large-scale industrial and metal buildings, ensuring that facilities are designed with adaptability, future growth, and operational efficiency in mind. Including NTE Maintenance facility renovation.
LOCAL MUNICIPALITIES:
Projects include City of University Park Police Annex Building; City of Early, Texas YMCA facility; NTE Operations and Maintenance Facility for TxDOT; a quasi-governmental agency; Diamond Hill Community Center for the City of Fort Worth; Joshua Family YMCA, a public private partnership between the City of Joshua and the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth.
